Payment Methods
The following payments are accepted:
Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Visa and Mastercard may be verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
Payment Apps – PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is secure by the partners in charge of managing these transactions. The order will be recorded and validated on acceptance of the payment by the banking service.
Cancelling Orders
For details on your 14 days right of return, please see the Returns & Exchanges section of the website. This section details your rights of cancellation. You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund provided you notify us in writing as set out below that you are exercising this right of cancellation no later than 14 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) beginning from the day after you received your goods. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned goods or fail to return the goods to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
If your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the site, we will need to assess the damage prior to you returning the item. For more information on assessing and returning faulty items, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges section of the site.
We recommend that returned goods be sent via insured and traceable delivery for your protection.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available or out of stock
- Difficulty in processing your payment
- Cannot ship to provided address
- Duplicate order was placed
- Fraudulent activity suspected
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us by email for a recommendation - info@apricitythelabel.com
Should you decide to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us immediately to ensure it has not been dispatched. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund the entire cost of the item(s), including shipping fees, to your original payment method.
International Orders
PLEASE NOTE: We have not yet opened up international ordering - the following information will only apply when we do so.
Orders placed outside of Australia will incur separate customs fees. These fees are not included in the initial delivery charge. Customs fees are determined individually by the border control of your delivery country, you will be notified of the customs charge by the courier once the order is assessed at your country’s border. To proceed with the dispatch of your order, the customs fees must be paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise the individual costs of custom fees.
